Indeed, your colleagues would need to be professional to not throw you under the bus while on screen.
So you don't feel in a position to judge Sally but you are in a position to judge her colleagues?
There is no way of looking at her conduct in that clip as anything but unprofessional. Perhaps it's a rare occasion but in that instance she appeared to let her temper get the better of her.
