Interesting who made the decision on putting rachel as presenter from the red carpet, although she has nothing ro do with showbiz. I would have rather expected Lucy to do that.

I think she's doing a pretty good job of it so far, she's interviewed George Clooney, Brad Pitt and Daniel Radcliffe just to name 3 of the many.

I liked Rachel on the red carpet tonight, showing some good humour and working well with the interviewees. Good job I think!

I also think that rachel did a good job.

it seems that rachel is an allrounder , she is doing the business news today.

There's a lady called Phillipa Hall presenting today's news on Sky News. I've never heard of her before.

I think they've billed it up too early, very VERY shoddy start - no fault of his, clearly just clear disorganisation with no substance, you could hear Andrew huffing quite loudly as they came back to the studio to introduce the guest and then....

"Well lets, erh, lets carry on now with the errr, [looks down] the rest of the day's news before we get down to errr looking at the err [PAUSE] the errr, [looks down] the rest, the situation [shuffles papers in view and long pause] bring you the rest of the days news now, in just a moment, I'll find it for you [looks down].

Is he controlling the order of the prompter himself?!

Probably not, just acting like he is.
And agreed, I knew the funeral started at 5. Why build up for the "Continuous Live Coverage on Sky" at 4? There's not point, they have 3 cameras showing the same thing (Heli Cam, Hannah T.P Cam, Greg Milam Cam)....They should have just started at 5 like any other news agency. A mistake by Sky. Another mistake, why bring Andrew Wilson on? Chloe Potter was just as good.

Loving the current tweet from Bill Neely of ITN. Along the lines of:

"Off to the Alex's now. The award show formerly known as RTS. But where now everyone turns up and gives awards to Alex Crawford".

I am sure there's a rather nice compliment in there somewhere.

How many awards is she nominated for then?
