Sky News: Presentation Discussion

Slightly new-look weather on Sky News Active. Not sure what the reason is for presenting it in front of a plasma, doesn't look quite right, but graphics not overly different.

Still some issues with reflection. Can Sky News not do HD Green Screen?

Boulton now taking on Ed Balls over claims that Sky News were deeply partisan. Adam again on the war path.

And Ed Balls seriously struggled to back up his claims. Sky News coming out fighting tonight.

Thankfully, the LIVE bug has now changed to the new red gradient. Looks 100 times better.

EDIT: well, it did for a few minutes anyway. Back to the Decision Time LIVE bug now.

I notice that Martin can control some of the graphics on the Newswall from his iPad.

Is that a screen behind Eamonn or is he in a temporary studio?

It's a real backdrop. He's in the Marriott Hotel County Hall.

Terrible lip-sych issues still ongoing on Sky News (on DTT).

Will Sky News/Sky News HD go to generic graphics from 5pm? From then on it appears to be normal programming on the EPG.
