I mean get them sorted in the sense of the team. IMO they need to seperate the team into just presenters, reports and weather. Right now it seems everyone is doing everything.

This will happen more now due to the cut backs. A case of 'all hands on deck' !
Can't Gemma go freelance ?!

You can't make someone redundant and then hire them on a freelance basis immediately. You have to give it a few months (can't remember how long) so maybe it isn't a total goodbye....

Please shut up about Gemma - she's gone, she's started her own business, she's not coming back. Comprendez?
