I don't understand what you've posted there - however, if these are the long titles I have seen a few times before, they are fine.
I see the long titles are in sync now I swear last week it wasn't but there's that little gap at the end so somehow it needs a little extra shot of the scene or something but it's better now it's in sync.

the whole thing is a mess and because of it they cant cue the bbc news logo and theres a massive gap at the end, they shoukld just get rid of it, play the usual titles, do a long shot of the scene, then cue the presenter in.

Do BBC One usually crash into the NC after closedown? Surely it would make more sense to a)time the close of One to the hour or the half hour, b) run the filler until an appropriate time to cut in with the One announcer voicing over the filler saying what we are joining or c) run a headlines update with the midnight presenter and THEN cut in at an appropriate time.
