From what I have read, a few other people have also had this problem, but does anyone know if there is a solution to the "General error: SCK (Failed to retrieve local data)" that appears when you click on a video? I had this problem a while back and contacted an admin at TVARK about the problem, but received no reply (might have contacted the wrong person). Weird thing is, a few months ago it started working again, but now its once again playing up, on both Internet Explorer and Chrome. Unusually, it isn't effecting my other computer, only the one I'm using right now.

I have been told Flash IS DEAD, So does this mean TV ARK will have to change to a new system? like HTML5?

Yes, eventually, one day, but it took long enough to convert over from Real Player Wink

Flash is a long way from being dead. For example, it wouldn't be possible to build the BBC's Olympic interactive video system in HTML5. One particular company wants everyone to think Flash is dead, but there is more rumour than substance to those reports.

However, ask again in three years time and you might get a different answer.
