The forum itself is just awful, the software I mean. Let's not even start on the attitude and behaviour of some on there. I read the forums now and again but have drastically cut down on my posting there. I don't miss it really.

DS are apparently now completely blind to the work of an obvious troll and baiter who is trying to disrupt threads and get people banned under the guise of being some kind of uber woke sexism warrior. DS mods seem to take everything one of those overly offended types says at face value, regardless of whether they have a serious point or not. I am now banned because I moaned about being sanctioned for no good reason and ended up stoking up the troll again, even though I publicly apologised to the mods for talking about warnings on the thread, I am apparently still the one in the wrong. As far as I am aware the Janet troll has not been banned.

How on earth have they taken the word of a troublemaker at face value and taken action against so many long standing posters? I feel a bit guilty for even mentioning it again in the thread today now. Do you know if the others know about this forum Mark, I don't know any other way to message them.

LOL i'm glad the surviving Emmerdaily crew haven't forgotten us. I guess it doesn't matter since we all looked doomed to die a Corona themed death anyway.... if some of the media coverage is anything to go buy that is

Well, those who are discussing it are hoping we'll all be back by this time next week (the mods have reopened the CC thread with one of their mealy-mouthed justifications that in no way addresses what actually happened - and of course all the posts are gone now, so who's to say otherwise).
Until next week then I'll start making contingency plans for an armed uprising.
EDIT: Eh, what part did daisy or JD play in it? Bizarre. Rhum was on his last nerve with the mods as it was, I doubt he'll be back even if they do 'allow' it.
