A television production company's job is to make television. Stonewall was an independent production company. The fact they didn't make many full programmes is probably because they were busy enough making Children's ITV, but I don't know what the difference you think is between making programmes and making continuity. Companies can and do make both.

I know that they did a Telly Tots magazine, but that wouldn't have been until September 2000.
Nigel Pickard did a brilliant job with ITV. It's a shame that they don't seem to want to push the channel, though hopefully Thunderbirds Are Go will be a start of commissioning to sell internationally. For me it was the push in terms of presentation and commissioning of live programme which made me want to watch CITV more from 1998. It all seemed to come together very well from the Autumn of 1998.
The second from bottom paragraph: "CITV's monthly magazine." Does anyone remember this? I have absolutely no recollection, and there is nothing on the internet.
The only CiTV magazine I remember is the Telly Tots one they did, unless there was another.
I remember when CiTV did relaunch in 1998 the first jingle they had over the ident must have been dropped very quickly to the more well known jingle that lasted until the mid 00's.
Yeah I think that was the buzz about CiTV in 1998 as they had a trailer playing for a few weeks about the change coming etc and having real presenters and a studio at long last.
Looks like they'd changed the studio a fair bit in that space of time as well (I think the blue & red pillars and carpet are the only things that haven't changed, and even then you barely see them!). And interesting to see credits at the end, I don't remember CITV ever having credits, though CBBC used to for Sunday mornings and school holidays until 1994.
Some kids from my school were on Mad For It around this point in time too, I think it's the only time I ever watched it. It was crap!

Never spooled to the end so didn't see them. Good spot!
It must have been as part of the Sooty celebration as most live action Sooty episodes up to this point ended with crawler credits. That aside, this may be the only time CITV had credits...

There is at least one more instance, I think, when Britney Spears peformed:
