I should note to those not aware, that from listening to some videos of the National News from 2004/2006, the only changes that were made from 1999 were the titles and stings. The thunderclaps and beds had not changed until the 2007 Package!
Actually Bail. I have never seen BBC World until I was at a University Campus in Melbourne, via Pay TV.
Outside that, I never knew that they had a World News channel. I never recall watching it at home until ABC News 24 started, where they only broadcast it for 30 minutes, 2-3 times a night. Often it's Impact or GMT, and if the controllers aren't paying attention, I may also get a glimpse of the BBC Countdown, as the ABC one is played over the top. (Yes, it happened...)
I've worked out a basic package-model trade off table.
Other packages uploaded which we don't already have will be given a set in the same relative area as the ones listed. If BBC News Pres Pack A is what I've guessed it to be, then I will probably let the uploader take what they want and the same for any other 'bumper' packages. Some sets will have to be 'made to order' but if you haven't received your model within a week then you'll get a bonus one.

The breakfiller recreation was mine, it was my track that's on that complication then... albeit after YouTube compressed it. I must dig out those files and re-render it. A random copyright claim is what took it down, not my doing, and not a BBC Worldwide request but YouTube doesn't tend to favour the littleman.
Oh and it was 6 minutes long, but like you about 4 was all I ever saw on air.
