Rehearsals these days are carefully arranged so that anyone happening upon the footage (which is pretty hard to find) is immediately aware of its rehearsal status.

Someone posted a badly doctored BBC2 breakdown that the YouTube account owner was trying to pass off as an accidental playout of obit slides.
The source video was the Lambing Live breakdown of 2011, which, in reality, was already quite shambolic enough: http://youtu.be/YBW3AoEMrYc

She seems to send most of her reports from The Middle East, but was sent to the recent Paris shootings. Also, is she likely to have a producer and camera man stationed with her, or will they be locals that are freelancers?
