I expressed sympathy for the presenter. The feedback was constructive and ASO is wrong.

Does expressing sympathy mean you're being constructive? You said it was a piece of car crash presenting. That is not constructive.

I'll be honest, it was probably fair - but being rude is never constructive.

I wasn't being rude. It was constructive criticism. You are wrong. Leave it at that.

I sympathised with the guy but still used "cringe-worthy". I stand by the use of that word. I am in no way connected with the media, just a casual viewer and my toes curled. But, those emotions were because I was empathising with the presenter, not criticising him.

Lebo Diseko doing plenty of overnights over the weekend and today, likely covering the place of Adnan Nawaz.

Naga Munchetty & Ben Thompson on TWT. Anyone knows if Ben's a regular biz presenter on World?

He wouldn't be a regular, he presents the business updates Monday to Friday on the BBC News Channel, and has only recently began a few appearances on World.

Maryam Moshiri is on the NC business, I don't know why they couldn't just have Maryam on WBR and Ben stay on his shift on the NC.

Also, New girl Maleen Saheed also has been doing pilots recently for WBR so we could begin to see her on there in the future.

Nope, she just presented The World Today & BBCWN's early morning bulletins earlier.

Naga Munchetty must be quite busy: one day she's in London, the next day she's in Salford!

How long has Norman Smith been credited as 'Assistant Political Editor'. I thought he was chief political correspondent?

It must be a new role/title but it may explain why the post of Chief Political Correspondent was advertised on the BBC Website recently.
