That has to be a joke to wind up television forums like this one. Surely.
For the record Aztec Camera did have a song called Good Morning Britain - and the video has a couple of subtle TV-AM references - but that's where the similarities end. Also the dates somewhat give away which came first.

I bet someone owns TV-am's name, logo, music etc. Obtaining the rights for the original Good Morning Britain would probably be not so straight forward. That tune is also very much of its time, as good as it is. Maybe a decent re-recorded version could've been done but there was never much chance of that coming to pass.
