So wheres the new BBC News studio then in this picture see I thought it was on the left but I noticed on the right hand side of it is a gallery with the two lift doors.

They aren't lift doors, appearances can be deceiving. They are infact grey doors which go into the gallery (which have since been changed!)

Studio E is on the left, slightly off from the centre of the photo.

Aah right thanks gregmc that makes sense.

Yes, they have - there's barely any left.

Blue Peter is back in TVC today - they're using TC3 gallery, but I don't think they're using the floor, so you can expect to see some bits of the building on air.

I assume that BBC Heritage will have a close eye on the famous studio signs themselves.
