ITV...A little less corporate

The green ITV2 mocks are too 'emo'.

I do like the ITV3 ones, however.

Now you've changed the ITV2/3 logos too, I much prefer the new ITV1 logo too - and the ITV2/3 idents look very promising.



Just ignore those so pedantic to moan there in a 15:9 rather than 16:9 ratio. That's hardly the crime of the century!

The fat three reminds me of "Channel 3 North East".

The design suits the channel and is very well executed.

Cheers....`Indeed the logo's do work a little better when the theme is followed through! So here is ITV4. Bit more of a dramatic theme to this one! Other ident themes could include extreme sports etc. Will take a look at how to incorporate this theme into ITV News next...

Can't wait to see ITV News, out of all of the mocks so far I prefer ITV1, I just like the whole wavey lines theme, and the logo is much better than before!

Um, not understanding why exactly the ITV logo has been relegated to near smudge size within the logos. Isn't it supposed to be the dominant brand in this case? I mean, I know I'm watching ITV3 but doubt that the intended audience will see the ITV logo in order to see it as anything other than simply 3.

That's the idea behind these mocks though - putting less of the focus on the ITV and more on the channel itself.


Of course though you raise the point the marketing peeps at ITV would probably raise - but I think it could be addressed with some clever animation.


Also - look at the BBC - the BBC logo on screen isn't much bigger than the ITV logo here.
