ITV...A little less corporate

It is a very good concept, just not perfectly executed.

I would say the ITV3 logo looks the best, although it wouldn't really fit in with its older, upmarket image. IMO the ITV3 concept would better suit ITV1.

As others have said, a rethink of the ITV4 logo is needed. Even though it does look better on a white background, in reality it would appear against many different backdrops plus it would be too abstract for printed material.

A good effort and I would like to see these developed further.

I thought this as well. It's something I'd expect to see on a children's channel - I like the idea of making the logo bolder and less bland, but I don't think the execution is brilliant. Having said that, i do like aspects of the design - the ECP for example is very nice.

Reminds me of a circus - but that's what ITV is nowadays.

Nice to hear all comments... good and bad! Just wanted to breathe a little life into what I feel is a slightly dull corporate ITV.. Anyhow had a go at dropping the circles on ITV1!

That's an improvement - but still not right and actually though you're trying to be less corporate, it perhaps strays a bit too far.

I think keeping the circle them and using the ITV logo centered left as a constant through the logos would be best - and shouldn't inhibit you too much.


Love the look though you have for ITV1 - just need to get a logo to do it justice.

Yes, this is better. My last comment, by the way, wasn't meant to be negative - it just reminded me of something jolly - a bit like a circus.

The one thing that does slightly hinde the mock is the itv logo - there isn't much really it fits in with. Maybe it would be better with something other than the itv logo.

Actually, the yellow curve is a bit pixellated - you might want to sort that out.

I completely disagree with Brekkie Boy - that new logo is MUCH. MUCH. better. Better numeral, better design - looks fab and pro.

Excellent new mocks - can't wait to see the rest of the logos.

Really like the idea you have but i agree with the ITV1 looking a bit too CITV. I think that this could really work and that its something different. The only thing that i would be worried about would be the ITV News - have you any mock designs on what that may look like? 8/10 Well Done !!!!!

I completely dissagree with everyone. That second attept is dreadful. The numeral is just ugly. The original circle is much more effective. It's the over cartooness that lets it down. The second attempt isn't great in my opinion.

I don't like it much and the improvements admittedly don't bring anything new to an already over-active and ugly as sin set of graphics.
