Was this trailer for TOTP new after TOTP2 tonight, or has it been seen before.
Its off an orange city, with 2D people, that the camera spins round, that looks like a turning piece of paper looking through windows of building at static 2D versions of robbie, beyonce, and what looks like the kylie waxwork on the stage.
It thens ends with the camera going down onto the street and ends at the top of the pops sign over the building.
Has anyone noticed how the new logo features the trademark 'TM' after it everywhere. Even on the tv promos.

It started on Monday, I think. I like it, but I hope it's not the style of the titles!
I doubt it is, because the rings don't animate and it seems a rather random place to put the TOTP logo on!
Andi Peters has just been on Steve Wright's Radio 2 show talking about ANTOTP.
The gist of the conversation was mentioning who was on tonight (he defended the undecided decision to show the current Michael Jackson video) and that ANTOTP was primarily catering for 20 years old with a "halo effect", that it will find appeal with 14 year olds and 35 year olds equally.
James2001:
"Halo Effect? What the hell does that mean?"
It's one of those terms created by media industry types to describe the effect of a programme in attracting new audiences.
They target a programme for a certain audience (in TOTP's case, 20 year olds), and then hope that by attracting their target audience, they will also attract people of a closer age to watch the programme (in TOTP's case, down to 14 year olds and up to 35 year old) and hence make the show extend outwards from its target audience - like a halo.
I hope this relaunch means TOTP Saturday gets a good kick up the arse- in its current state, it's no good. It's only Fearne int he studio with some features and the few performances they do ahev are pre-recorded and without an audience.
Also, I hope that All New TOTP is not filmic. If it's filmic as it was before- the occasional performance- it's OK, but if it's blanket filmic accross the whole show it will be terrible. You saw the EMAs didn't you? Horrible. They should just had it on some of the performances, on the hosting & awards presentation it looked awful.

Hope I explained that OK
Ah, right got you. Can't they just explain in in simple terms?
WOW! Nice new set. Konnie has just taken the Blue Peter cameras into the new studio next to theirs. And it seems smaller than on TV. They have the main stage previewed earlier in this thread. They also had on with strips of plastic with TOTP embossed into them (in the new font). They spoke to Alesha from Misteeq, Tim Kash and Andi Peters.
