I think the current logo is brilliant. As it is versitile, and simple. Better than the previous as it has stoo dthe test of time. And could be used anywhere.

Don't agree. The Blaxill redesign was by far and above the most striking...

But that would only work with that one design. The current logo being basic and square could be added to a new design and still look fresh. The font used couldnt be used for a long time due to going out of fashion, and making the show look old. The current logo is a basic logo which can stand the test of time if needed.

cd:uk's logo, has been added to three totally different designs yet has still looked nice, recognisable and fitted in with all designs.

Now i like the CD:UK logo. The trouble with the TOTP logo and song text is that when u get a song with a long name then the text looks squashed and aweful. I think the ogo Razz needs a revamp

Regarding TOTP logos, the best one has to be the old round logo used between 1973 and 1986.

Still a classic piece of graphic design, still recognisable today.

I doubt the TOTP logo will be changing in the future anyway, considering it is now a trademark, and the show has been syndicated meaning the logo is going to be around for a while. Perhaps the Spanish question marks may be dropped from the logo as used on TOTP Online.

And has anyone noticed since Andi Peters/Jeff Simpson took over production, the number of TOTP logos hanging up in the studio has been cut back? I had fun the first time I was at TOTP counting how many logos were featured on the set... Smile

Which question marks are you refering to?

I notice the TOTP website has been given a facelift though which is nice.

The yellow ones seen at each side.

It looks great indeed - one of my mates was behind the new design TOTP Online Smile
