It happened to The Last Leg too, can't remember if that was when the clocks changed or not though. In that case, we got to see what happened during the disruption on 4OD and the 4Seven repeat (the show just continued as if they were on air with a brief aknowledgement after they came back).


The incident on The Last Leg was uploaded to their official channel.



I'm not sure if the last few post in this thread should be split off and merged into the breakdowns thread?

And the 6am opener was a mess. Wrong headline for the story on screen, all headline animation stopped. Titles (visuals) didn't play and Piers went on to say Erron (Director) was shouting in his ear...

The opening is unnecessarily complicated, so it’s not surprising they have technical issues quite often.

It seems Piers is taking another break from the show, filming another series of Killer Women in the states maybe? I’d be very surprised if it was just a holiday, given he’s only just come back from the Christmas break.

Also worth pointing out the 8am opener went straight to Charlotte with the headlines. 'ITV News Headlines' across the media wall, and opening V/O "...with Charlotte Hawkins"

That V/O seemed really unnatural when you listen back.
It would be nice if the TOTH would be like this every day.
