Wow, this looks good! I can’t wait to see it on Monday morning!

EDIT: Just the new titles Monday, main on screen graphics will stay the same.

Wonder if these new titles are just for the 6:00-6:30 section or for the whole programme ? Not keen on it from that photo, but obviously its just a preview so will have to wait and see.

1990 daytime ITV had shows such as:

TV-am
Chain Letters
The Time, The Place
This Morning
Rainbow
The Young Doctors
Sons and Daughters
A Country Practice
Take the High Road
What's My Line?
Children's ITV

Seems a better mix of programming than GMB, Lorraine, This Morning, Loose Women now in 2020 in my opinion

ITV Daytime isn't looking for a better mix of programming. It's 2020 - there are whole channels dedicated to children's programming, gameshows and classic drama.

I’m pretty sure TV Forum is the only place where bringing back mostly forgotten cheapo quizzes and imports is seriously considered to be a likely winning formula for ITV daytime in 2020.

You could get away with a lot when you were only competing with three other channels.

So Charlotte on Monday, Tuesday and Friday then?

Surprised they're breaking up the combo of Charlotte, Piers and Susanna on Wednesdays meaning their A-team are only together two days a week.

I suspect Ranvir will just be doing 6-6.30 and Charlotte will start at 6.30 with Piers and Susanna.

Might be nothing but the Lorraine Facebook are now promoting the new timeslot of 9am on both ITV and STV.

Are the hours changing before STV can start broadcasting in the morning?

The franchise changeover time is remaining the same, with the Lorraine programme now permanently straddling it.

The chances that STV would ever choose to exercise their legal right to broadcast something else in place of Lorraine's final 35 minutes are about zero.

Whether there will now be a commercial break timed to start/end at precisely 09:25:00, or whether a section of the Lorraine programme will ride roughshod over it, remains to be seen.

In the case of the latter, a "splat" (and/or change of DOG in STV/UTV land) would be the only indicator of the junction.

EDIT: It's not inconceivable (but unlikely, methinks) that they could have a commercial break timed to end at, say, 09:25:30 (or whatever), allowing STV/UTV to signify the start of their broadcast day with an ident/menus or whatever whilst ITV regions maybe just show a promo at the same time.

Not quite sure what you're asking.

Lorraine is on between 9am and 10am from tomorrow. The portion shown before 9:25 is to be aired on ITV Breakfast and the portion after 9:25 will be aired on STV in Scotland, hence STV mentioned in advertising.

Just to note the 9.25am junction remains intact at the weekend.

You're overthinking it. As long as there are the correct number of ad breaks before 9:25 and after 9:25, and there's no ad break on air at 09:25 then that's all that matters.

There's no need to have any junction or transition at precisely 09:25.... it's had programmes stradle it many many times in the past

I'm not overthinking anything.

What my post actually says (in English words and sentences) is that whether anything will/should - and I certainly didn't use the word "need" - be timed to start/end at precisely 0925 remains to be seen.

Having equally acknowledged the possibly that there may be nothing timed to hit 0925 on the nose, I also speculated on how things could work if they did want to make anything of the transition.

Perhaps I should start writing my post using Egyptian hieroglyphs...
