Not really - it's hardly a huge departure from the usual brand. (The desk light was switched to orange too).
Mike is presenting the sport from the BBC Breakfast World Cup hub aka the BBC Sport studio using a screen in BBC Outside Source fashion along with the orange BBC Breakfast graphic.

The studio and lower thirds aren't changing. There are new titles, stings, music, menus and graphic wipes.
Oh, and you might want to set your recorders for 6am, 7am and 8am...

I'll take a stab at the clock now being under the sun solar flare, in the new BBC Breakfast orange square logo, which will now sit screen bottom right all show long.
.. So you'll know its BBC Breakfast you are watching, and not the other lot '2 doors up'
