As others have said it was a bit meh, so was Saturday showdown in January but the time it was axed in July was pretty good. It felt it tried to hard, but something was missing. Underlining weirdness..maybe
It does need a bit of work still, nicely highlighted by Flux Capacitor. However, it wasn't a cringefest, which is only a good thing. It's their first show and I'm sure the Producers will take note and make some tweaks. I do think they need a 3rd human presenter which is slightly more 'wacky/witty' personality to break it up a bit.

I don't think they did, however, the 'Skype' segment seems to be their thing (and I suppose it's easier for tech savvy kids nowadays). I haven't seen a phone in competition on kids shows in yonks. Must the be effects of the phone in scandal from 10 years ago

How Many Things In A Thing? was a feature where you emailed in and if you were chosen, you had 15 seconds to guess How Many Things [...] via a phone , but an online one where it is an easy question and you're less likely to get it was also appeared. This week, it was who topped the Strictly leaderboard last Saturday? Plenty of send-ins with the MashUp email and website (mashup@bbc.co.uk), too.

Hacker seems a little forced at times but overall he's definitely one of the better puppets CBBC have had over the years. Only thing that's bugging me at the moment is Jonny. I feel like he's trying to liven the show up by merely talking loudly instead of being energetic or charismatic.
But I'm not the demographic so I don't really have a place to complain.
