Very good initial coverage from BBC News, although that may be in part because of the fact that BBC journalists just happened to be nearby. Sophie Raworth did an admirable job talking from the scene with her phone crammed up to her ear to be able to hear what was being said to her for what must have been at least 15 minutes. Likewise, Tina Daheley who was presenting VD today also doing a very good job, on what I think will have been her first time doing proper rolling news - her regular job is newsreader on the Radio 1 Breakfast show! Certainly a rising star within the department.
I know it's nit-picky but the VD branding currently quite superfluous - it's quite unlikely that the stories they trailed at 9am will get an airing today, and the graphics don't seem to have as many capabilities as the BBC News ones, for example the photo they keep showing from Twitter has the credit burnt in because they don't seem to be able to put the strap up themselves. They're unable (or perhaps just choosing not) to use pushback either.

Its now being classed as terrorist

I did hear Tina Daheley say something like "We're just getting reports" before she was cut off to go to the news summary (as she had just said they were going over to the news summary)
Looks like the news summary was ditched to go back to another reporter live, I didn't catch her name, but she's not got as good a connection as Sophie Raworth had. I assume Sophie has left the scene now.

Counter-terrorism saying they're now treating it as "terrorism".

This Morning on as normal. Alice Beer at the scene and Eamonn and Ruth in breaking news mode.

ITV rolling with this via This Morning (Helpful that they have Eamon presenting today). BBC1 stuck on Homes under the Hammer.

Could well have been Riz Lateef (main BBC London News presenter) who was also there I believe.
