Does anyone know whether Blankety Blank got the go ahead for a full series this year? I seem to remember reading somewhere it saying that if the christmas episode was a success they'd make it a series

Or what about WOS Wrestling - which could be a good start to Saturday evenings say between 6pm and 7pm!

Is it normal for movies to sponsor TV shows? I saw an ITV2 trailer earlier with a caption at the bottom saying "Sponsored by Power Rangers" - apparently Lionsgate are using sponsor bumpers to promote next month's movie. Never known that to happen before.

I think it has happened a few times on Channel 5, but don't remember it on ITV channels.

They've certainly done it for some time during certain shows - off the top of my head, I've noticed that the movies sponsorships are shown when Two and a Half Men, Plebs, Safeword, and other ITV2 primetime shows are on.

I've been wondering for a while, the music used on the end credits of the voice, is it an actual song or just a piece of music made specifically for the show? It sounds familiar but I'm not too sure.

One thing that's annoying me these days is that the tabloids watch all the main ITV daytime shows, and then create a click bait story from some throw away line. Used to be just the likes of This Morning, but now there is one everyday about The Chase.

Some jokey banter becomes a story "Watch as Bradley storms off the set after being insulted by contestant" or some such.

And true to form here is today's The Chase article from The Daily Express.

Complete with CAPITALISATION on 'SHOCKED' & 'LOSING' to hype up a total non-news story. Talk about fake news. Rolling Eyes

The first one I remember was (the awful, by all accounts) Pixels sponsoring The Simpsons on Channel 4 for a while.

The 2015 Text Santa was sponsored by The Peanuts Movie.

And one series of The Jump was sponsored by the Eddie the Eagle Movie.

Celebrity Juice is coming back this month with a live special, according to DS. I don't know why they're bothering because the last live special they did was boring as hell. You'd think they'd take more of an advantage from being live other than letting Keith say c**t a few times.

Dawn French doing a sterling job on Little Big Shots. So refreshing to have someone not from the James Grant roster.
GMc, Larry the Loafer and Brekkie gave kudos
