The studio look for the Celtic match. Obviously keeping their power dry for the contract phase.

What does 'keeping their power dry' mean?

He means powder, as in keeping gunpowder dry till you need it in battle.

As a temporary studio that is very nice, indeed nicer than the highlights studio ITV used to use.

I guess it remains to be seen whether the studio will be used for the flagship live games or whether they will be on location, as they are increasingly with the Premier League. I guess much depends on how they split the games with Jake and Gary.

Jake has tweeted thus:

So it looks like that will be the main studio. I'm personally expecting Lineker in the studio for the group stages with Jake out on location at the main match.

new season, new replay wipe. It appears to be less shiny than last season's (which was, in turn, more shiny than the previous one.)
It'll be on tonight's Europa League qualifier from Southampton.

Regarding the possibility of BT winning La Liga, it may be revelant for me to say that Sky Sports has recently had a new football trailer. It mentions the Copa Del Reya, SPFL, Premier League, Capital one Cup, Football League, Scottish Cup, Euro Qualifiers, but no La Liga.

I must balance my point by saying, the trailer was obviously made before the rights for La Liga were confirmed. But, just a little point to interest you.
