Worth remembering the ATP and WTA are different bodies with different broadcasting arrangements. The WTA may not be taking all the feeds that the ATP do and generally offer much less of their event for broadcast than the ATP do. Just because the cameras were set up doesn't mean footage was made available for live broadcast.
I think it's likely that Court 7 is an automated camera court, hence its availability on Sky Sports red button, but not as part of the WTA offering to BT Sport. I've not got access to the red button to check so this is just a theory. The ATP world feed offering does now occasionally feature matches with the automated camera technology, perhaps the WTA does not.
The dire weather conditions of a very overcast sky, washed most of the benefits of the wide shots on UHD today at Goodison Park. I'm surprised BT didn't ask for floodlights to aid their coverage.
Compare and Contrast .... Much brighter weather if not fully sunny in Birmingham today for Aston Villa v Chelsea. Difference in PQ astonishing.

Afaik the ATP offers the world feed with its English commentators(not sure if Sky use these wf commentators) a news feed and some supplementary court feeds, but the WTA just offer the world feed, this may have changed though

That makes sense. Sky sometimes use the ATP commentary, usually outside of prime time so late night matches in the Ameicas or day/early matches elsewhere, unless Murray is playing. Afaik BT always have their own commentators.
Cable: Some of the free sport shown on BT Sport Showcase is also available via a special service on Virgin Media channel 548. The Virgin Media service is not always identical to the Freeview channel.

Premier League football, Premiership rugby, and Scottish football are three of the events which BT said would be "free with BT Broadband" - hence are always on a BT Sport Lite channel - ie BT Sport 1 or BT Sport Extra 1.
Except tomorrow they've scheduled all three at once. BPL is on Sport 1 (and also Ultra HD); SPFL is on Sport Europe (and Extra 1); and the rugby is on Sport 2 (and Showcase). I guess that counts...
(three posts in a row from me? anyone would think I had a vested interest. I'll stop now.)
That's not BT's fault though. Swansea - Liverpool was due to be a 1245KO today. Liverpool's extended run in the Europa League and the need for FAPL competition integrity at the end of the season meant that a midday tomorrow slot was the only available. This in turn resulted in later Sky KO's in the afternoon, although with Leicester possibly winning the League even the 1610 ko has been further put back to 1630.
