Sherrie Euegine would be a great replacement. She's still very popular here in the West.

that is a shame althoguh i have not really seen much of Points west i have occasionally seen her presenting and i liked what i saw she was differnt in styleand warm and friendly so i can understand why she is moving on and nwhy she willbe missed. i feel Poinst west is very different to the otehr regions a differnt stle, differnt credits and of course studio but i agree it does have a god balance of items. well good luck to her.

Rumour has it that there was a second-hand doily sale on the pavement outside Whiteladies Road tonight, about 7.15pm.

Sherrie recently did a piece for Inside Out (or whatever the local programme for local people is called). It went down very well and there was letter upon letter in the local paper the next day praising her and wanting her back on telly. Sherrie is really nice woman who I've met on a couple of occasions and is very down to earth.

Whilst I'd be hard put to it to give Mr Morgain much over three out of ten for grammar, spelling and capitalisation, I have to defend him in that he DID tell us, in the phrase ending "so", which immediately precedes your quote, Mr Chroma.

Why thank you, Mr Nick.
I was so blinded by the stream of babble from our correspondent morgainofevil, I quite missed his thrust (so to speak).
So is the general consensus that we believe she has chosen to leave because of a clash with her bosses?

Yes, I can't disagree that it was easy to be blinded.
As to her real reason for leaving, I've not yet even bothered to ask my contacts, who doubtless would know, as I suspect their reply would be prefixed with "off the record".
