How do you mean ? I have seen for some time the 'coming up on itv news' bits are 16:9

A couple of (new) captions on the news at the weekend put in an accidental appearance all squashed up.

There are some caps somewhere in the main ITV News thread.

Yes, spot on. London Tonight could have gone 16:9 in 2001. The same gallery and studio were used to produce the ITV National Weather, which went 16:9 that year.

Where is the ITV National Weather produced now BTW ?

Forgot that yes true. mini video wall ?? - no idea what you mean but the backgroud usually has a pic or film of the tower thingy in Southhampton

The Spinnaker tower is in Portsmouth. And it's not used at weekends because the bulletins are pan-regional.

For a while they used the view of Brighton Palace Pier from the Brighton bureau for the weekend bulletins. Shame they went back to the horrible animated backdrop.
