I hadn't realised until I saw something yesterday, that 'virtual' debates aren't new - for one of their presidential debates Nixon and Kennedy were 3000 miles apart:

I think this is genuine rather than a spoof site, but you can never be sure anymore, but tonight on Fox News the President of the USA will have a live medical.

Daily Beast is a genuine site, not a spoof site. I find this fascinating, in the reality television, car crash way that is Donald Trump. He made his whole trip to Walter Reed into an live reality TV special on the various news channels, and this is no different. It will just be another episode of his own version of The West Wing, not a political drama, but an ongoing reality TV show, which will hopefully be cancelled in November.

The thing is regardless of whether we trust the accuracy of the polling or not, what they do show is these antics aren’t doing him any favours.

Well the story was genuine, but of course the actual medical wasn't exactly what seemed to be promised. It was filmed and edited by the White House rather than Fox, and was all a bit of a sham it seems

Incidently Marc Siegel isn't exactly that trustworthy or neutral. He has peddled a lot of unfounded conspiracy theories including giving medical evaluations on Clinton and Biden despite not having anything to do with either.

He was the person Trump was talking to in the now infamous “person, woman, man, camera, TV" interview.
