Interesting graphics error on Impact earlier, instead of John Kerry, it said John Jerry. Someone must be chuckling!

No voiceover on the 11GMT hour on Newsday until the "This is BBC World News…". Not sure what's happening on BBC World News today.

BBC Arabic cinema programme, presumably coming from somebody else's set.

Could also be linked to this error. Normally is some swirling lines but doesn't seem to be working today.

Interesting - don't recognise the set, the square rostrum (baking tray) makes me think it isn't NBH.

I'm also intrigued that they use a very similar theme tune to Big Centre TV's news.

At first I thought it was an Al Jazeera America studio.

BBC World News branded programmes are to continue this week until Thursday when generic bulletins will run until 4th Jan, I think, (3rd for Newsday)

Babita interviewed Idris Elba, which was shown on Newsday. Pre-recorded out of studio yet uses Newsday branding on the news videos. Easier to just record the feed than put out one without graphics? Funny interview.

I liked it as we saw a side to Babita which isn't her normal ice maiden persona delivery we're used to seeing on Newsday.

Looks like everything will be coming out of Studio C on BBC WN during the holidays. Impact is there at the moment.

It'll be interesting to set it lit in Global colours, I think we've seen GMT, Impact and Focus come from C before but never Global. I suppose this is a two week period where neither Derbyshire, Newsnight, Marr or Sunday Politics are using the studio so they are able to carry out maintenance, lighting checks and bulb replacements etc. without majorly disrupting output.
