News channel staying in studio A for the 10pm TOTH as the football's overrun.

Good thing the new studio for BBC London is in operation otherwise there may have been some problems.

The News was actually scheduled to start at 10:10 tonight and expect more of the same Monday-Wednesday next week as on those days it's scheduled to start five minutes later than normal.

I'm guessing it's more what's not there. A certain missing L turning 'public' into a rude word.

Scarily I noticed it instantly!

Did anyone notice the BBC News at Ten join the NC instead of the local news on BBC One? This certainly happened in the North East & Cumbria so had two forecasts from Jay Wyne as it took the NC forecast, then the national after the local at the end of the local news.

I believe the News Channel is the sustaining feed, so if a region fails to opt, the news channel is shown. A few seconds of it has been seen in Yorkshire before when they didn't opt out on time.

I stand corrected though.

Green is added to the yellow in the Sports Centre for the World Cup.

I think that looks a lot better than the red they've been adding for news.

Yes, the TOTH camera shot is currently a zoomed in view peering into studio E. Looks quite nice actually.
