I'm sure they'll use Studio E, as it's produced by the News Channel.
I'd think it would make sense for them to use Studio C for the best of the programme. They could then use the London backdrop and have just as flexible studio!

Features a nice timelapse video of the News channel in N6 half way through.

As Steve said, signing is handled by Red Bee. The signing studio moved out of the Broadcast Centre a few months ago to somewhere else in West London (and is now HD capable)
They're not quite gone yet - Sara Thornton is in TVC this morning. They have been broadcasting some forecasts from BH already (Weatherview, for example), with the current set of graphics.
There's probably no great rush for them to dismantle the TVC Weather Centre - in fact, they may even want to keep it all warm just in case of major teething problems at BH.
I did notice yesterday that the carpet tiles with weather symbols which were just inside the Weather Centre's front door have been removed. At least someone had the decency to replace them with plain ones rather than leaving the bare floor.
Yep, its down to be Studio E. Might be a bit cozy around that desk, though.

Odd question I know but up until last Friday, what studio was the signer in for the BBC News Channel between 1245 and 1330?

Sounds like they are going to record some overnight and tomorrow they will be dismantling everything that exists in BBC Weather Centre, so I think it will be pre-recorded with the current and soon to be old graphics.

We have been talking about the final national news on the National News thread, I forgot to ask... What will happen to Dateline London, and What studio will they use?

You would have to put the 10 in A if you did that, can't see that ever hapenning - or get World News America routed through A (and put Business Edition in A when the US is on Daylight Savings but Europe is not)
10 O'Clock will be a busy time with a national bulletin, WN plus Newsnight and BBC London News preparing to go on air
If so, why have the 6 and 10 in E at all? Why not just give
them
Studio C or somewhere, if they're supposed to have their own "identity" distinct from NC bulletins. As it stands, it almost seems it will be the 5 and 9 o'clock hours that will look unduly "special" coming from another studio, but I'll be happy to reserve judgement until Monday.

So this is the last full day of BBC News broadcasting from TVC. Does anyone have any memories they would like to share about BBC News and TVC
