I hope not. He's a useful random element who can be used to spice up any number of characters' storylines on a temporary basis.

I hope he isn't brought back just to kill him off. I hate it when that happens. It always just sems there brought back for no other reason than to kill them off. Much better to kill of a long standing character.

Finding Corrie more enjoyable just recently, although the Colin Fishwick storyline started out like a farce, since it's taken a darker turn it's been ok.

Will be interesting to see where they take this next, and for how long. Is Graham Hawley (John Stape) leaving the show ?

Something that occurs to me however is that Emmerdale / Corrie seem to be sharing some storylines. And Corrie seem to be picking them up after Emmerdale.

Gay / Coming Out storyline
Aaron (Emmerdale) > Sian & Sophie (Corrie)

Aging man charms and swindles female
Charlie & Diane (Emmerdale) > Lewis & Audrey (Corrie)

A Hidden dead body
Mark Wylde (Emmerdale) > Colin Fishwick (Corrie)

I think mainly it's just a coincidence, the storylines have happened at similar times, so they can't have seen it and thought "lets do that!"

Oh...and I got a screenshot of Underworld's 'sump'

Do you think it will ever be explained how the builders missed a huge rug before sticking concrete on top?

Come on, use your imagination or does everything have to be spelled out in soap land ?

There was a lot of debris at the bottom of the sump, presumably, they buried the body amongst that, rather than just placing the rug on top ?

Brilliant second episode! Jenny McAlpine is a good actress with the right material and Charlotte has become very likeable Very Happy

I thought Lloyd missed a trick by not going down the back alley when Russ disappeared, just looking in that direction instead and running elsewhere. He went down the back alley (ahem...) later in the episode but why on earth were Claire and the two boys in the backyard of No. 3? It certainly looked that way: he kicked open the backyard door to No. 1 and then moved to the next one, No. 3, where the two boys were. I thought it weird that two random youngsters were inhabiting Emily Bishop's yard... and then Claire appeared.

Is this a genuine slack continuity error or did he choose to skip the backyards of Numbers 3 and 5 and head straight to No. 7's?

Well somebody needs to tell Steven he's a big man and Luzzabith to catch herself on, do you get the craic?
