Obviously not a continuity announcer, but worthy of a mention I thought:

http://twitter.com/LondonVoiceover does various voiceovers, but I believe does continuity on the History Channel etc

I am following just about all these announcers, and am always looking for more.

I really like continuity announcers and think most of them do a great job.

Peter Dickson was also Mr Mad and Dickie The Exec on Steve Wright In The Afternoon and his Radio 2 show Peter Dickson's Nightcap was a comedy gem.

Mr Voiceover Man was a continuity announcer once - at BBC Northern Ireland, at the start of his career where he claimed to be, at either 16 or 17, the youngest ever announcer in UK television.
