ITV...A little less corporate

the idea of a big numeral with a good sized itv, can work, here are a few tweaks to the current logos...

Martin, I like your subtle changes to the current logos.

Your ITV4 mocks are so superb, even *I* can't find fault with them! Fan-freakin'-tastic.

Now as for those ITV2 mocks, they should definitely be hit with a major improvement.

I don't know what to think, clearly they were bashed out in less than 15 mins or so but.. eh, those others, so cluttered they make these look virtually spartan in comparison... My eyes need rest.

Martin, I'll just give it to you straight. Those channel logos are horrible.

The numbers are unnecessarily big, and I don't like the differing logo "blobs." I'm afraid it's back to the drawing board on them.

The ITV4 one is superb

I wasn't trying to make a serious mock, just demonstrate how you can have large numerals, without having the itv too small to read.

Now I can see them all together, I can say that You have improved with each one. ITV4 is very good and yet again suits the channel. I think you're the only person I've seen who improves with each mock.
3.5/4 for all of them.

RE your ITV1 ident, it does seem a bit bland and theme-less... Is it just going to be the logo beside a bunch of lasers over which a CA speaks? Don't really get the ITV 3 ones either, who are these people and why are they there?

Your ITV 2 and ITV 4 ones are excellent though. I think you should expand on your ITV 4 idea though and come up with a complete set for the channel.

Martin, I've been working on something similar myself, but without the gaps between the 'ITV' bit and the numeral. On some,the gap works surprisingly well; ITV1&2. On ITV3, it looks very strange, like the ITV logo has udders or something. The ITV4 I'm unsure about.

I'm aware, still look better though given the "These are in HD, dontcha know? Look at the intricate detail!!" of the others which I'm still not swooning over as they just don't look... right. Don't ask me what'd make them right.
