there seems to be No proof anywhere all this has been comfrened.....

I originally read an article on DS - but couldn't find it.. and found another link..

I believe Peter and Jordan's golden handcuff deal is for ITV2 only. I heard rumours that they were doing a chat show for ITV1's 5pm slot but I doubt there was any truth to it.

Andrew will you please stop changing the thread titles? You do this every time you start one and its incredibly annoying.

Changing the subtitle is one thing, but when you change the title you make it look like a new thread.

Its not like you haven't been asked several times before.

Though that comment was a bit random, I would love that too. On the other hand, Michael Barrymore can't be beaten at Strike It Lucky, not even Brian! However, I've always preferred Strike It Rich, cooler set, graphics and music.

Dear me, a talk show at 5pm? Unheard of, those people over in the ivory towers of ITV are real trailblazers. What with such "talent" like... those folk including "no better than getting acute dengue fever" Bradley Walsh and that lanky fella, large grin but negative charisma.

All rumours though, right? Greg's got some large clogs to unblock I can tell..

Jordan and Peter went on Paul O'Grady and let them announce about their 2 year golden handcuff deal, and how they were getting a chat show. They did not however say what timeslot it was or what ITV channel.

For the 5 O'Clock show, surely they should just have CiTV on when Paul O'Grady is on and have Sharon Osbourne on when Richard and Judy is on. Lets face it, they won't beat Channel 4 when Paul is on but I heard they regularly beat Channel 4 with Sharon when Richard and Judy were on.

You heard wrong then! R&J and Sharron actually only went head to head for a couple of weeks or so, with viewers switching over to R&J throughout the period.

Well I heard that Sharon was ever so slightly ahead of them when they went off air.
