I'm confused... how can you do a weather outlook for the ENTIRE MONTH? They can't get the weather right for the forthcoming day let alone a whole month.

The weather is not accurate, if you bother to check your the maps you'll find that for most of them they do not actually correspond with what the forcaster is saying.
