So, Remembrance of the Daleks was the first Doctor Who story and the second BBC television series to be produced in NICAM Stereo, (in London only), following the Proms shows and the Radio 1 simulcasts of Top of the Pops. The rest of the nation would not be able to view the serial in it's original format until it was released by BBC Video along with The Chase in a limited edition boxset called The Daleks in September 1993.

Has anyone been known to be in possession of the original Crystal Palace broadcasts? I remember Ferguson Videostar saying he had all four parts in NICAM from Crystal Palace, although I haven't seen any footage of them through my online search.

I don't know, but why? Are you expecting any differences with the subsequent commercial releases?

Because they hold as much historical value as the Crystal Palace Proms broadcasts from July 1986 and the official launch of the BBC's NICAM service five years later, as an early example of Stereo produced programming and NICAM broadcasting in the UK, as shown here:

But the only thing that'll be different is that it'll have a continuity announcement before it, which won't be in stereo anyway.

"historical value" is one of those terms that's banded about and its meaning butchered by people to imply what they want it to imply. One could argue that any episode of Doctor Who is of "historic value", which it probably is. A continuity announcement is very rarely "historic", in fact I dare say most of the "historic" ones that people remember and think are of "historic value" are actually the ones that were lampooned in shows like Monty Python and more recently French & Saunders.

Yes, and that will also be on the later DVD release.

I'm not sure what historic value there is in an off air recording of the same things pieced together in one continuous recording.
