So, Remembrance of the Daleks was the first Doctor Who story and the second BBC television series to be produced in NICAM Stereo, (in London only), following the Proms shows and the Radio 1 simulcasts of Top of the Pops. The rest of the nation would not be able to view the serial in it's original format until it was released by BBC Video along with The Chase in a limited edition boxset called The Daleks in September 1993.
Has anyone been known to be in possession of the original Crystal Palace broadcasts? I remember Ferguson Videostar saying he had all four parts in NICAM from Crystal Palace, although I haven't seen any footage of them through my online search.
