That's the repeat, the first showing is on Monday 30th.
And the New Year's edition is on the midnight/early morning slot for the first time!
Damn, that's late!

It was at 2pm for a very long time, with the Queen's speech immediately after it.
It then moved to an earlier slot a couple of years ago (12:20pm in 2017 and 12:30pm in 2018), and seems to be getting earlier and earlier.
Don't think 11:35am is a very good slot for it really.
Just stepping forward from 1988 to 2019- this year's TOTP Christmas Day edition has been confirmed for 11:35am on BBC One. I think I'm right in saying that this would be the first time ever that they've shown it in the morning. It's now well away from the old traditional slot of 2pm.

As mentioned in the other thread, it moved away from 2pm quite frequently in the nineties - it was at 1.30 in 1990, then from 1995 for the next few years it was never at 2pm, it was at 12.55 in 1995, 1.10 in 1996, 1.15 in 1997, 12.50 in 1998, 1.30 in 1999 and 1.05 in 2000. It was only later in the noughties it moved back to 2pm.

Yes, on Friday 20th.
Does anyone know if BBC4 are going to show the 1988 Christmas day edition? It would be good if it was shown on BBC4 on Christmas day night.

Yes, on Friday 20th.
An hour before the 22nd December edition if the online schedule is correct!

I noticed this week's episode had a credit for "producer for Radio 1", this hasn't been on any of the previous episodes.
