It's the right postal code for the building it was addressed to. It was addressed 'care of' The London TV Centre, so the addressing is not that far off considering ITV's HQ address is very well publicised and ITN's isn't. It obviously did get to the intended recipient by the chosen method.
Also sent to completely the wrong postal address as well...

ITV weren't broadcasting AT ALL then. They launched in 1955.
I suspect you're right but definately written in a way which suggests ITV was broadcasting in colour in 1953.

Give Brekkie a little credit. That's why he said 'I get -2 actually'.

I haven't got a clue what you're talking about. Could you explain please?

I thought it was an error on the EPG - it's like that for the next few weeks at least.
It makes sense, really. Main national and international news first, then quick regional bulletin afterwards, just like the Lunchtime News.
Any reason why the ITV News and the ITV Regional News are on the wrong way round right now?
Normally it's the Regional News first then the National News straight afterwards on a weekend. Tonight they're on the opposite way round.

I don't know - just seems wrong to me. Generally speaking the way they do it in the early evening means the national bulletin is in a more prime-time position and it's been that way for quite a long time - possibly since the 90s when the Saturday bulletin includes the results service and then was followed by the regional news and "Goals Extra" shows.
They're obviously testing things over the next few weeks but suspect the difference will be negligble.
