I was at a protest once on a bleeding Sunday and was told to get a job. Madness.

Also I'm a big fan of helicopter or other shots zooming in on a broadcast position and then mixing through to that position. Like this:

Love the way the ground shot zooms out from the helicopter to the talent after the mix.

Can anyone tell me what Adam Boulton is holding in his hand? He had it yesterday too. It's almost as if its a 'clicker' that a weather presenter would hold.
