Debated whether or not to start a thread about this, but anyways.
It appears the death of Carlton has started already, three days before ITV comences trading...
Westcountry and Central's websites have had a makeover, and the Carlton star and logo are gone. At the top of the pages, the old regional names - Central and Westcountry - are back.
Carlton London's website now just says "London" too - the Carlton name is being completly dropped there too.
It appears from the programme statement for 2004 that under ITV plc, Carlton Television and LWT will no longer exist as seperate companies. There is a joint Carlton/LWT (or ITV London as it is refered to now) programme statement for 2004. The statement says that there will be a joint managing director of Carlton Television and LWT and a single management structure.
