Special Look East ident no. 2

Did anyone capture the ident used at the start of this evenings' Look East. They used old footage of the landings with the BBC ONE East DOG. The only sound was that of the announcer.

Were the soldiers wearing red and dancing?

Is old footage filmed in black & white (and greyscale) likely to have added colour except for the BBC1 East DOG.

Is Neil likely to be serious?

I think a couple of forum members should break away and establish their own Humour Detected - Guaranteed faction where jokes won't fly over the heads of others.

Warning there is humour flying about at a low altitude, please get ready to duck to avoid being hit in the face by it.
