Some of you might like to know that Digital Spy have gone back to 2008 and decided to cover the news about the EPG shuffle.

Sadly it's written by a writer from 2018.

The story just consists of people being salty on Twitter just because they couldn't adjust to the reshuffle.

The ones who want the +1s next to the main channel obviously don't understand that "ain't so simple", and having them on +100 is obviously the best they could do; better than having them all around the EPG

But yeah, moaners gonna moan

Urgh really hate DS articles nowadays. It's all just clickbait and Twitter postings, no quality articles any more.

I know Sky could never please everyone but I think what they've done with the +1 channels was a great idea and makes them so easy to find, especially if you know the number of the main channel as well.

The frustration in Ireland with what’s happened to BBC Two HD is very understandable though. It’s a big demotion for a HD channel, some 205 odd places down the EPG, in favour of the SD version, and most people won’t understand the reason why.

I suppose this fits in with this topic, does anyone know when we can expect Netflix on Sky Q? Very Happy

Which is code for "when we're ready".

Not related to Sky UK, but Sky Sport Italia (and possibly other Sky Italia channels) will soon get the Sky Sports UK-styled logo, and with it a more genre-like reorganisation of the channels

The classic Sky Sport 1-2-3-Plus-Moto Gp-F1-24 will become (with F1, MotoGP, 24 intact):
Sky Sport Uno (not 1, similar to Sky Cinema Uno)
Sky Sport Football
Sky Sport Arena
Sky Sport Golf
Sky Sport 24
Sky Sport MotoGp
Sky Sport F1

Football not Sky Calcio or Sky Serie A?

I suppose they're naming it "Sky Sport Football" in order for the channel not to be confused with the Sky Calcio, which are the non-24/7 (belonging to a different package; also available à la carte) 12 channels which show most Serie A and Serie B matches

Sky Sport channels broadcast some Serie A and Serie B matches but not all of them, similar to Sky Sports PL/Football/Main Event in the UK

I doubt they're going to change Sky Calcio channels into Sky Football

Calling it "Sky Sport Serie A" would mean that they cannot show Serie B matches there

Two further very recent additions to the reorganisation of the Italian Sky Sport channels:
Sky Sport Serie A (therefore I suppose Sky Sport Football will be more oriented towards Serie B and international football associations) and surprisingly enough, Sky Sport NBA

So:
Sky Sport Uno (it should be the "Main Event" channel; particularly for DTT viewers)
Sky Sport Serie A
Sky Sport Football
Sky Sport Arena
Sky Sport Golf
Sky Sport F1
Sky Sport Moto GP
Sky Sport NBA
Sky Sport 24 (Italian Sky Sports News)

Along with the reorganisation of Sky Sport Italia, and its rebrand, even other Sky Italian channels will get new logos on the same day, 2nd July
