I supsect (unsurprisingly) C4's efforts tonights won't be judged much on what they do on screen - but more on how they place the ads. They used to get it right with the cricket, but that had natural regular breaks and a slower pace - but it jarred a bit at times during the athletics last year, with ads too often and unnecessary trailers. Although I don't expect we'll get through the ceremony without some ads, I do hope we avoid any C4 trailers.
