Sorry to double post but I found some Daybreak news on the GMTV website. Do they not realize there is a Daybreak site now: http://www.gm.tv/presenters/51622-daybreaking-news.html should be at http://www.itv.com/daybreak

I hope the Daybreak website: www.itv.com/daybreak will update with news soon as a placeholder page isn't nice to look at

Daybreak isn't broadcasting, as GMTV is owned by ITV who own Daybreak, they may as well announce it on a LIVE website that viewers will be logging onto.
Although I also hope they start to shape the new website in the next fortnight.

They seem to be using the GMTV site for Daybreak news for some reason

The majority of the country have no idea about Daybreak, so why would people go looking for it online? People will be visiting GMTV quite regularly and is perfect advertising space for the new show.
Bit of common sense...

Redirecting the GMTV website to the new one might help

Why would they want to direct viewers away from the GMTV website while the show is still broadcasting?

This thread is a bit pointless. Why couldn't we just continue on the GMTV thread until the first day of transmissions? That way everything to do with the first day will be on a new thread actually about a programme that is on the air, not about 30 pages on, on a thread that is full of speculation and the occasional press release.

No mention of a political editor, not that GMTV have one. Is Sue Jameson still with GMTV, should is usually the person who does political news for them in the past.
