Looking forward to the Gail and Deirdre scene this evening.

It could also provide a good reason as to why the viaduct would collapse in the first place. Perhaps the storyline will involve some 'dodgy' building work in the bar which weakens the structure?

Obviously, that will be one of the big questions in the storyline - whose fault it is. It could be a big thing for Owen if he is going to be doing the building work. (I'm growing to like that character. I read that the actor has been signed for a series of Waterloo Road, but does anyone know if he'll continue in Corrie?)

Corrie told me they know nothing of him joining WR, which most likely means he filmed it previous to Corrie

Can't wait for tonights episode! (Good to see Corrie is following Emmerdale in it's ways of secrecy!)

I liked this break bumper last night, probably because I knew exactly where that is xD unlike the others

Fab episode, particularly the bit featuring the 'manchester tart'.

Fantastic episode, I really didn't think Phil could have turned Corrie around so quickly! I love the new structure episodes have taken (Monday is the start of something, Thursday build up, Friday finale!)

I wonder who came up with this storyline first, Emmerdale or Corrie? Wink

yeah I think tonights episode was good. Sometimes they can turn out a bit to silly with "tart" throwing etc, but tonight it was funny, but not too silly.

Also notice another new breakbumper tonight - seem to have made a few.

I love the break bumpers, they've become somewhat of a breaktime mystery! I love trying to figure out where they're of

Fantastic episode last night, the scenes in the Platt house were hilarious, classic Corrie.

I enjoyed Corrie last night, it's been a while. They do comedy very well and I just hope the drama they have coming up suits well with the vision Corrie seems to be taking.

yeah, thursdays schedule is effectively on Wednesday due to Liverpoolmatch being moved from ITV4 to ITV1 and I've heard that the week after it might be the same again due to football and then in the first couple of days in Septmeber there's an England game on a Friday, so 2 Corrie's displaced. I've heard there will be a few Sunday episods to catch up.
