Channel 4 Cricket Graphics

Nice but complex (May 2004)

Like the thinking behind the new channel 4 graphic for the cricket - its in the form of a cricket pavilion scoreboard complete with analog clock, bowler name at each end, batter number and running totals - however it is very complex and i found myself having to speed-read it in order to get it all in. Think it'll be a while before we get used to it.

Think the old style list of batters works better - having said that they're using both so it's not too bad

Where's Desktop Richie this year? Haven't seen him yet - usually pops up on the Lords NPower screen...

Anyway, back to the topic.... any captures of this new board? I know I'm always asking for captures, but as this forum is about TV pres, if you can see it you can comment.

Yay! Good old Channel 4 - you know the old ideas make sense! Cool

Umm - why not just stick a camera in front of the ground scoreboard - or is that too untechnical?
