The annoucement was a network BBC2 Clock, which went something like 'Due to Wimbledon on BBC One, the BBC News is on BBC Two tonight with Sian Williams, Its 6 o'clock'

BBC TWO Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland are all available on SKY Digital across the UK.

So 1 and 2 will probably switch back around at 9?
BBC1 schedule is:
7.00 - Ready steady cook
7.30 - Top of the pops
8.00 - Only fools and horses
9.00 - The cazalets (not sure what that is)

noggin. Look East didn't have the Cambridge opt out tonight.

They did have 'Close Up' news mixed in with the main bulletin though.

Susie Fowler-Watt apologised at the end of the programme for no Close Up opt out.

BTW, did South Today have any Oxford news? When I watched it was all about Bournemouth and other 'South' news. Then again I didn't see all of it. I was region hopping!

heheheh - they changed things at the last minute and I had my lags left in there to carry sound through the down and up and the A/R change!! You won't believe how many last minute changes we had!!! They were still deciding at 2 minutes to 6 what was happening with the news!!
