That's the generic BBC Scotland logo, presumably indicating the producers rather than the network.
I think if the concepts where more far apart that would work, but as they’re both similar ideas there should be one logo. I expect at one point they’re use the same logo for BBC Scotland department brand and the BBC Scotland channel as Brekkie says it just feels messy at the moment.
